  • 1 slice of 6-slice bread
  • Butter 5g
  • Natto 1 pack
  • Pizza cheese 25g
  • Egg 1

Seasonings

  • Ajishio to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Majisco to taste

Steps

  1. If the butter is hard, microwave it for 10-20 seconds to soften.
  2. Spread 5g butter evenly on 1 slice of 6-slice bread.
  3. Add the included sauce and mustard to 1 pack natto and mix well.
  4. Place the mixed natto in the center of the buttered bread.
  5. Make a well in the center of the natto. 【Tip!】 Creating a well stabilizes the egg.
  6. Place 25g pizza cheese around the well.
  7. Gently crack 1 egg into the created well.
  8. Bake in a preheated toaster at 200-250°C (maximum temperature of a home toaster) for 12-15 minutes, until the egg sets.
  9. Sprinkle black pepper to taste and Ajishio to taste on the baked toast. 【Tip!】 Since the egg is unseasoned, sprinkling Ajishio is recommended.
