- [A] Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
- [A] Soy Sauce 1½ tsp
- [A] MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 3 dashes
- [A] Black Pepper to taste
- [A] Water to taste
- Sesame Oil to taste
Steps
- Heat oil to taste in a frying pan and lightly stir-fry boiled bamboo shoots 170g.
- Add [A] oyster sauce 2 tsp, soy sauce 1½ tsp, MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 3 dashes, black pepper to taste, and water to taste, then mix well to coat everything.
- Add the beaten eggs 2 and stir-fry, breaking up the eggs.
- Finish by drizzling in sesame oil to taste and mixing lightly. Plate and sprinkle with chopped scallions to taste.
