- [A] Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) 1 tbsp
- [A] Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
- [A] Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp
- [A] Salt to taste
- [A] Coarsely Ground Black Pepper about 5 shakes
Steps
- Use Yam 150g with the skin on. Peel if desired.
- Remove the root hairs from the yam by hand or by quickly searing them with a flame.
- Rinse the yam and place it in a cooking bag.

- Heat Vegetable Oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Once the pan is hot, scoop the mixture with a spoon and place it in the pan, forming flat circles.
- Cook over medium heat until browned.
- Flip the patties once browned on one side.
- Cover with a lid and steam-fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
- Once golden brown and cooked through, transfer to a plate to serve. Enjoy!
