- Potato Starch

- Chicken Granules
- Grated Garlic

Steps
- Peel and cut the radish into bite-sized, irregular pieces.
- Place the cut radish in a microwave-safe container. Add soy sauce, sugar, chicken granules, and grated garlic, and mix to coat everything evenly.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on 600W for 5 minutes. Drain well in a colander.
- Put potato starch and the drained radish into a plastic bag. Shake the bag to coat the radish evenly.
- Heat about 1cm (0.4 inches) of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange the radish coated with potato starch.
- Flip the radish and cook for about 6 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove the cooked radish, drain excess oil thoroughly, and serve in a dish.
