- 8 sheets Rice Paper
- 100g Minced Pork
- 20g Green Onions
- 20g Mixed Cheese
Seasonings
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Dip 8 sheets of rice paper in water and place them on a flat surface.
- Sprinkle 20g of green onions on the front half of the rice paper.
- Loosen 100g of minced pork and sprinkle it on the front half.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Once the rice paper is soft, roll it into a stick shape from the front.
- Roll the stick shape into a spiral from the front.
- Press with your hands to form a flat, circular shape.
- Place the shaped rolls in a lightly oiled frying pan.
- Grill over medium heat until the bottom is browned.
- Once browned, flip them over.
- Cover with a lid and steam-grill over low-medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Wipe away any excess oil with a paper towel.
- Turn the heat to medium.
- Drop a pinch (2-3g) of mixed cheese onto the frying pan for each roll.
- Place the rolls on top of the cheese and cook until the cheese is browned and stuck to the ingredients. This is the key! Grilling the cheese on the surface adds a fragrant flavor and a crispy texture, making it even more delicious.
- Transfer to a plate.
