Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Ao no Dokutsu Bolognese 1 pack
- Ao no Dokutsu Carbonara 1 pack
- Bacon (to taste)
- Egg 1
- Tomato 1
- Water (as needed)
Seasonings
Steps
- Remove the core from 1 Tomato and cut into wedges (6-8 pieces).
- Place Bacon (to taste) in a frying pan without oil and cook until crispy.
- Remove the cooked Bacon from the pan.
- Lightly beat 1 Egg.
- In a separate frying pan (for Bolognese), add Ao no Dokutsu Bolognese 1 pack and Water (as needed), cover with a lid, and heat for 5 to 5.5 minutes.
- In another separate frying pan (for Carbonara), add Ao no Dokutsu Carbonara 1 pack and Water (as needed), cover with a lid, and heat for 5 to 5.5 minutes.
- Once the Bolognese has half melted, add the cooked Bacon, mix lightly, and cover with the lid again to continue heating.
- Once the Carbonara has half melted, add the chopped Tomato, mix lightly, and cover with the lid again to continue heating.
- Stir while gently crushing the Tomato, until the Carbonara and Tomato have completely melted and the sauce is coating the pasta.
- Turn off the heat for the Bolognese, add the beaten Egg, and mix with residual heat. (Key Tip! Do not overmix the egg; it will be delicious when cooked by residual heat.)
