- Grated Ginger 2 tsp
Seasonings
- Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tsp

Steps
- Place 2 cucumbers on a cutting board.
- Use a rolling pin to smash the cucumbers all over until they crack. (Key Tip: Be careful not to smash too much, or they will become watery).
- Break the smashed cucumbers into bite-sized pieces by hand.
- Place 2 tsp grated ginger into a bowl.
- Add 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tsp vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce, and 1/4 tsp salt to the same bowl and mix.
- Mix thoroughly until the seasonings are uniform.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if necessary.
