- [A] Ketchup 1 tsp
- [A] Mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp
- [A] Honey 1/2 tbsp
Steps
- In a bowl, combine mustard (1 tbsp), ketchup (1 tsp), mayonnaise (1/2 tbsp), and honey (1/2 tbsp). Mix well.
- Slice tomato (1/3).
- Arrange lettuce leaves (3) to the same size.
- Toast bread slices (2) until golden brown.
- Lightly oil a frying pan and cook bacon slices (3) over medium heat. Remove once browned.
- Crack egg (1) into the same frying pan and cook over low heat.
- Flip the egg once browned and gently press. Remove when still slightly runny. (Key tip!) The egg will continue to cook from residual heat, so remove it while it's still runny.
- Spread butter (5g) on the toasted bread slices.
- Layer the cooked bacon, arranged lettuce, sliced tomato, and the fried egg onto the buttered bread.
- Drizzle the prepared sauce over the ingredients.
- Top with the other slice of bread. Place on plastic wrap, lightly press, and wrap.
- Let it rest wrapped for about 10 minutes.
- Once rested, insert toothpicks, cut in half, and serve.
