- Remove the tops from the Strawberries and slice them crosswise to about 5mm thick.
- Arrange the sliced Mandarin Oranges, Strawberries, Kiwi, and Pineapple in your chosen mold.
- Chill the mold in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
- Gently warm the Milk to lukewarm. Heat in the microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
- In a pot, combine the Agar Powder and Water, ensuring the agar powder is fully hydrated.

- Add all the Sugar and mix well.
- Add the warmed Milk and stir well. Heat until the edges of the liquid in the pot start to simmer.
- Carefully pour the milk agar liquid into the chilled mold.
- To the remaining milk agar liquid, add the leftover fruits (Mandarin Oranges, Strawberries, Kiwi, Pineapple) and mix quickly.
- Gently pour the fruit-infused milk agar liquid into the mold.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours, or until firm.
