Main Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Frozen Banana 200g (approx. 1.5 cups chopped)

Seasonings

  • Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp

Steps

  1. Peel and slice frozen banana into 1cm thick pieces.
  2. Place the sliced banana and cocoa powder into a zip-top bag.
  3. Squeeze the bag with your hands, mashing the banana until there are no large chunks left.
  4. Remove air from the bag, seal it tightly.
  5. Place the bag on a tray and freeze for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
  6. After about 1 hour, when it's firm but still slightly soft to the touch, knead the bag again. (This is the key!) Kneading it while it's softly frozen will result in a smoother texture. If it still feels too soft, you can freeze it a little longer.
  7. Serve in a bowl.
