A recipe for fluffy and healthy steamed oatmeal cake that's ready in 4 minutes using the microwave. This easy sweet is perfect for breakfast or snacks. An arrangement to enjoy the aroma of black tea is also introduced.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Oatmeal 20g
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1 pc

Seasonings

  • Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lakanto S 1 tbsp
  • Black Tea Bag 1 bag

Steps

  1. Add 1 Black Tea Bag to the milk.
  2. Stir lightly.
  3. Microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.
  4. After microwaving, stir well again.
  5. Prepare a heatproof bowl or container.
  6. Add 20g Oatmeal to the bowl and pour in 3 tbsp warmed milk.
  7. Stir once.
  8. Let it sit for 1 minute to soften the oatmeal.
  9. Mix the softened oatmeal well. The batter is ready when it's thick and smooth.
  10. Add 1 tbsp Lakanto S and mix.
  11. Add 1 tbsp Yogurt and mix.
  12. Crack in 1 Egg and mix.
  13. Finally, add 1/2 tsp Baking Powder and mix well.
  14. Loosely cover the container with the batter with plastic wrap.
  15. Poke 2-3 small holes in the plastic wrap with a toothpick.
  16. Microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
  17. After microwaving, remove from the container and flip it over.
