A recipe for fluffy and healthy steamed oatmeal cake that's ready in 4 minutes using the microwave. This easy sweet is perfect for breakfast or snacks. An arrangement to enjoy the aroma of black tea is also introduced.
Ingredients
Main Ingredients (1 serving)
- Oatmeal 20g
- Milk 3 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- Egg 1 pc
Seasonings
- Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
- Lakanto S 1 tbsp
- Black Tea Bag 1 bag
Steps
- Add 1 Black Tea Bag to the milk.
- Stir lightly.
- Microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.
- After microwaving, stir well again.
- Prepare a heatproof bowl or container.
- Add 20g Oatmeal to the bowl and pour in 3 tbsp warmed milk.
- Stir once.
- Let it sit for 1 minute to soften the oatmeal.
- Mix the softened oatmeal well. The batter is ready when it's thick and smooth.
- Add 1 tbsp Lakanto S and mix.
- Add 1 tbsp Yogurt and mix.
- Crack in 1 Egg and mix.
- Finally, add 1/2 tsp Baking Powder and mix well.
- Loosely cover the container with the batter with plastic wrap.
- Poke 2-3 small holes in the plastic wrap with a toothpick.
- Microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
- After microwaving, remove from the container and flip it over.
