These healthy chicken tender chips are made with just 3 ingredients and can be prepared in the microwave, making them perfect for your diet. Simply spread the chicken tenders thinly and heat them up to create a crispy and addictive snack. They are ideal for snacking or as a side dish.

- Chicken Tenders 3 pieces
- Grated Cheese 1 tbsp

- Black Pepper (to taste)
Steps
- Trim off any stringy parts from the 3 chicken tenders.
- Slice the chicken tenders thinly, about 7mm to 1cm thick.
- Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a cutting board and arrange the sliced chicken tenders on it.
- Place plastic wrap over the chicken tenders and use a rolling pin to flatten them until they are thin enough to see through.
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp of grated cheese and black pepper to taste over the flattened chicken tenders.
- Place the chicken tenders with the parchment paper into the microwave and heat on 600W for 3 minutes. After heating, remove, and flip them over.
- Flip the chicken tenders over and microwave again on 600W for 3 minutes.
- If they are not yet crispy, flip them again and add an extra minute of heating at 600W at a time. (This is the key!) Be careful not to overheat, as they may burn. Continue heating while checking them.
- Once they are perfectly crispy, they are ready. Enjoy!
