- Sweet Potatoes 3 large

- Water 200ml
Steps
- Place the 3 large sweet potatoes in the rice cooker.
- Add 200ml of water to the rice cooker.
- Close the lid and cook using the regular cooking mode.
- Once cooking is complete, check if a bamboo skewer slides through easily. (Key Tip! The rice cooker's auto-extend function may result in a total cooking time of 1.5 hours.)
- While holding the sweet potatoes with paper towels, peel off the skin.
- After peeling, trim off both ends of the sweet potatoes.
- Slice the sweet potatoes into pieces approximately 5mm to 7mm thick.
- Arrange the sliced sweet potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the sweet potatoes in a preheated oven at 100°C (212°F) for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, remove from the oven and flip all the sweet potato slices over.
- Return to the oven, preheated again to 100°C (212°F), and bake for another 1 hour.
- Once baked, let them cool down to room temperature. Your dried sweet potato is ready!
