Steps
- Peel and remove the eyes from 1 potato (approx. 150g).
- Julienne the potato into 2-3mm thick slices.
- Finely chop 200g of pork scraps and place in a bowl.
- Add 3 tbsp Cooking Sake (Rice Wine), 2 tbsp Potato Starch, 1 tsp Chicken Bouillon Paste, 1 tsp Grated Garlic, a pinch of Salt, and coarse black pepper to taste to the bowl. [Key Tip!] It's recommended to use a bit more black pepper for a stronger flavor.
