Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Frozen peeled shrimp 1 pack
Seasonings
- [A] Grated garlic (approx. 3cm piece)
- [A] Olive oil (to taste)
- [A] Cooking Sake (Rice Wine) (to taste)
- [A] Salt (to taste)
- [A] Black pepper (to taste)
- [B] Butter (a little)
Steps
- Thaw the frozen peeled shrimp, rinse with water, and thoroughly pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the peeled shrimp in a bowl.
- Add grated garlic (to taste), olive oil (to taste), and cooking sake or white wine (to taste) to the bowl.
- Add salt (to taste) and black pepper (to taste), then mix well to ensure the seasonings coat the shrimp.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Transfer the marinated shrimp, along with the seasonings, to a frying pan.
- Heat over medium heat and sear the surface of the shrimp.
- After searing one side for about 1 minute, flip and cook the other side for another minute. The moisture that comes out during cooking will evaporate as you continue to cook.
- Once both sides are cooked, add a little of the reserved [A] sauce and a small amount of butter [B]. Stir everything together to coat the shrimp with the butter.
- Plate and serve.
