- 330g onion
- 250g ground meat blend
- Appropriate amount of flour
- 2 eggs
- Appropriate amount of panko (bread crumbs)
- Appropriate amount of frying oil

Steps
- Peel 820g potatoes, cut into appropriate sizes, and boil or steam.
- Finely chop 330g onion.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry 250g ground meat blend.
- Add the finely chopped 330g onion to the stir-fried ground meat, sauté, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mash the boiled potatoes while hot, add the stir-fried ground meat and onion, and mix well.
- Take appropriate portions of the mixed filling and shape them into croquettes.
- Coat the shaped croquettes evenly with appropriate amount of flour.
- Next, dip them in 2 beaten eggs.
- Finally, thoroughly coat them with appropriate amount of panko.
- Heat appropriate amount of frying oil in a pot to about 170℃ (338℉).
- Add the coated croquettes to the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Once browned and crispy on the outside, remove from the oil and drain.
