  • Bacon 50g
  • Egg 1
  • Butter 5g

Seasonings

  • [A] Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine) 2 tsp
  • [A] Sake 2 tsp
  • [A] MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 3 dashes
  • [A] Black Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Cut 50g of bacon into thin strips.
  2. Stir-fry 50g of bacon in a frying pan without oil. 【Tip!】 Frying without oil renders excess fat from the bacon, resulting in a crispy finish.
  3. Add 1 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine), 2 tsp sake, 3 dashes MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG), and black pepper to taste to the fried bacon and simmer until reduced.
