Ingredients

- 1 slice of 6-slice bread
- Butter 5g
- Natto 1 pack
- Pizza cheese 25g
- Egg 1
Seasonings
- Ajishio to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Majisco to taste
Steps
- If the butter is hard, microwave it for 10-20 seconds to soften.
- Spread 5g butter evenly on 1 slice of 6-slice bread.
- Add the included sauce and mustard to 1 pack natto and mix well.
- Place the mixed natto in the center of the buttered bread.
- Make a well in the center of the natto. 【Tip!】 Creating a well stabilizes the egg.
- Place 25g pizza cheese around the well.
- Gently crack 1 egg into the created well.
- Bake in a preheated toaster at 200-250°C (maximum temperature of a home toaster) for 12-15 minutes, until the egg sets.
- Sprinkle black pepper to taste and Ajishio to taste on the baked toast. 【Tip!】 Since the egg is unseasoned, sprinkling Ajishio is recommended.
- Optionally, add Majisco to taste for a flavor change.
