Steps

  1. Cut the Cucumber in half lengthwise.
  2. Cut the Ginger in half lengthwise and mince finely.
  3. Remove the skin from the Chicken Breast.
  4. Cover the Chicken Breast with plastic wrap and pound it thin.
  5. Cut the pounded Chicken Breast in half, then slice diagonally.
  6. Season the sliced Chicken Breast with a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, and Cooking Sake (Rice Wine), then massage well.
  7. Grate the Garlic and Ginger.
  8. In a bowl, combine [A] Soy Sauce, [A] Vinegar, [A] Chili Oil, [A] Sesame Oil, [A] Sugar, [A] MSG (Umami Seasoning), and [A] Ground Sesame Seeds. Mix well to make the sauce.
  9. Slice the cut Cucumber lengthwise, and massage with Sugar (for cucumber).
  10. Evenly coat the seasoned Chicken Breast with 2 tbsp Flour.
  11. Heat oil in a frying pan and arrange the Chicken Breast.
