Ingredients

Main Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Bean sprouts 200g
  • Pork 70g
  • Egg 1
  • Potato starch 2 tsp

Seasonings

  • Water 400cc
  • [A] Hondashi 1.5 tsp
  • [A] Chicken stock 1 tsp
  • [A] Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • [A] Sugar 1 tsp
  • [B] Curry powder 2.5 tsp
  • [B] Sake 4 tsp
  • Green onions to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, add Water 400cc, Hondashi 1.5 tsp, Chicken stock 1 tsp, Soy sauce 1 tsp, Sugar 1 tsp, Pork 70g, Bean sprouts 200g, and bring to a boil.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix Curry powder 2.5 tsp, Potato starch 2 tsp, and Sake 4 tsp.
  3. Turn off the heat of the pot, and stir in the prepared curry powder mixture.
  4. Mix well, then turn the heat back on and simmer until thickened.
  5. Add Egg 1 and lightly simmer.
  6. Serve in a bowl, and sprinkle with Green onions to taste if desired.
