A simple one-pan Spaghetti Napolitan recipe that's easy to make in just one frying pan. Using classic ingredients like onions, green peppers, and sausages, you can enjoy an authentic, rich flavor even on busy days. Ingredients
Main Ingredients (1 serving)
- Pasta 100g
- Sausages 3 pcs
- Onion 1/4 pc
- Green Pepper 1 pc
Seasonings
- Grated Garlic 1/2 tsp
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Granulated Consomme 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt A pinch
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Salted Butter 5g
Steps
- Thinly slice 1/4 onion.
- Push the stem of 1 green pepper inwards, cut in half, and remove the stem and seeds.
- Thinly slice the green pepper.
- Diagonally slice 3 sausages into about 1cm thick pieces.
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and spread it evenly.
- Add the sliced onion, diagonally sliced sausages, and sliced green pepper to the frying pan. Also add 1/2 tsp of grated garlic and stir-fry briefly.
- Add 1 tsp of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 tsp of granulated consomme, then add 4 tbsp of ketchup and stir-fry to coat.
- Stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add 400ml of water and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add 100g of pasta and submerge it evenly.
- Boil the pasta for 8 minutes. (Key tip!) Boiling for 1 minute longer than indicated on the pasta package will result in a tastier dish.
- After boiling for 8 minutes, add 5g of salted butter and 4 tbsp of ketchup, and heat everything while stirring.
- Plate and serve. It's ready!
