  • Thinly sliced pork
  • Cabbage

Seasonings

  • Garlic
  • [A] Potato Starch 2 tsp
  • [A] Sake
  • [A] Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine)
  • [A] Water 400ml
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Potato Starch to taste

Steps

  1. Tear the garlic by hand.
  2. Add thinly sliced pork, cabbage, torn garlic, potato starch 2 tsp, sake, Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine), and water 400ml to a pot and mix.
  3. Heat the pot over medium heat and bring to a boil once.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce 1 tbsp and salt a pinch to season.
  6. Serve in a dish.
