- [A] Sake
- [A] Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine)
- [A] Water 400ml
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt a pinch

Steps
- Tear the garlic by hand.
- Add thinly sliced pork, cabbage, torn garlic, potato starch 2 tsp, sake, Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine), and water 400ml to a pot and mix.
- Heat the pot over medium heat and bring to a boil once.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add soy sauce 1 tbsp and salt a pinch to season.
- Serve in a dish.
