Ingredients

Main Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Cabbage 250g
  • Eggs 3
  • Pickled Red Ginger 20g
  • Tempura Scraps 20g

Seasonings

  • Dashi Powder 1 tsp
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable Oil (to taste)
  • Mayonnaise (to taste)
  • Okonomiyaki Sauce (to taste)
  • Aonori (Dried Green Seaweed) (to taste)
  • Bonito Flakes (Katsuobushi) (to taste)

Steps

  1. Cut off the core of the cabbage.
  2. Slice the cabbage into 5mm strips.
  3. Place the sliced cabbage in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.
  4. Pat dry the moisture from the heated cabbage and let it cool for 2-3 minutes.
  5. To the bowl of cooled cabbage, add dashi powder (1 tsp) and crack in 3 eggs. Mix well.
