- Ground mixed meat 140g
- Grated onion 15g
- Panko breadcrumbs 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 1.5 tsp
- Onion 50g
- Bacon 3 slices (20-25g)
- Mushrooms 20-30g
- Milk 120cc
- Flour 1.5 tsp
Seasonings
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 3 dashes
- Lard 1 tsp
- Black pepper to taste
- Oil to taste
- Butter 10g
- Consommé powder 2/3 tsp
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt a pinch
Steps
- In a bowl, add ground mixed meat 140g, salt 1/3 tsp, grated onion 15g, panko breadcrumbs 1 tbsp, MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 3 dashes, lard 1 tsp, and mayonnaise 1.5 tsp, and mix well until sticky.
- Form the hamburger mixture and press out the air.
- Heat oil to taste in a frying pan and cook the shaped hamburger patty until browned.
- Cut onion 50g, bacon 3 slices (20-25g), mushrooms 20-30g, and garlic 2 cloves separately.
- In a separate frying pan or pot, melt butter 10g and sauté the cut onion, bacon, mushrooms, and garlic.
- Sprinkle flour 1.5 tsp over the sautéed ingredients and stir-fry until the raw flour taste disappears.
- Add milk 120cc, consommé powder 2/3 tsp, and salt a pinch, and simmer until thickened.
- Return the browned hamburger steak to the pot with the sauce, spooning the sauce over it, and simmer for 45 minutes. While simmering, sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
