Ingredients

  • Ground Chicken Breast 150g (approx. 5.3 oz)
  • Ground Chicken Thigh 150g (approx. 5.3 oz)
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Potato Starch 2 tbsp

Seasonings

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp
  • Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Grated Garlic 1/2 tsp

Steps

  1. In a bowl, add Ground Chicken Breast 150g (approx. 5.3 oz) and Ground Chicken Thigh 150g (approx. 5.3 oz).
  2. Knead the ground meat until smooth.
  3. Add Potato Starch 2 tbsp, Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp, Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp, Grated Garlic 1/2 tsp, Mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp, and Egg 1 pc. Mix well.
  4. Scoop the mixture into bite-sized portions and shape them as desired.
  5. Heat about 5mm (approx. 0.2 inches) of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. [This is the key!] Once small bubbles start to rise from the oil, it's at the perfect temperature to start adding the nuggets.
  6. Place the nuggets in the heated oil and fry until one side is golden brown.
  7. Once both sides are nicely browned, flip them and pan-fry for about 5 minutes in total, then drain the oil.
