A recipe for addictive consommé potatoes, made by simply slicing and frying. This dish is irresistible with its crispy texture and fragrant garlic flavor. A perfect easy recipe for snacks or appetizers, try it at home!

Ingredients

Main Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Potatoes 3 pcs
  • Rice Flour 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 3 cloves

Seasonings

  • [A] Granulated Consommé 1/2 tsp
  • [A] Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • [A] Salt a pinch
  • Dried Parsley (to taste)
  • Frying Oil (to taste)

Steps

  1. Peel 3 potatoes.
  2. Slice the potatoes into pieces about 1cm thick.
  3. Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl of water and soak for 10 minutes.
  4. Lightly crush 3 cloves of garlic with the flat side of a knife, keeping the skin on.
  5. Thoroughly drain the potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels.
  6. Place the potatoes in a bag, add 2 tbsp of rice flour, close the bag, and shake to coat the potatoes evenly.
  7. Heat frying oil and add the potatoes and crushed garlic.
  8. Fry for approximately 7 minutes.
  9. Flip the potatoes and continue frying until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Remove the fried potatoes and garlic, and drain excess oil.
  11. In a bowl, combine 1/2 tsp granulated consommé, 1/4 tsp sugar, and a pinch of salt, and mix lightly.
  12. Add the drained potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning.
  13. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with dried parsley (to taste), and serve.
