  • Kogetori Patto Bika (Stain Remover)

Seasonings

    Steps

    1. Check the current condition of the frying pan's stains.
    2. Try to see how much dirt can be removed with a regular sponge.
    3. Prepare to make baking soda detergent by mixing baking soda and dish soap.
    4. Stabilize the bowl by placing a plastic bag over it to avoid dirtying the work surface.
    5. First, put 70g of Baking Soda into the bag.
    6. Next, add 30g of Dish Soap to create a baking soda detergent with a 7:3 ratio.
    7. Close the bag and thoroughly knead the contents to form a paste.
    8. To prevent liquid leakage after applying the detergent, prepare by laying plastic wrap vertically, horizontally, and diagonally on the area where the pan will be placed.
    9. Apply several pieces of masking tape to the center of the frying pan, dividing it so the detergents don't mix on either side.
    10. Always wear gloves when handling detergent.
    11. Apply Kogetori Patto Bika directly to one side of the divided frying pan and spread it evenly by hand.
    12. Change gloves, then apply the prepared baking soda detergent to the other side and spread it evenly.
    13. Flip the pan with the detergent applied, and wrap it tightly with the prepared plastic wrap, ensuring no air pockets.
    14. Leave it to sit for approximately 3 hours (6 hours recommended).
    15. After leaving it for 3 hours, check if the pan's stains have lifted.
    16. Remove the plastic wrap from the frying pan and take off the masking tape.
    17. Scrub and rinse the side where the baking soda detergent was applied with a sponge.
    18. Next, scrub and rinse the side where Kogetori Patto Bika was applied with a sponge.
    19. Thoroughly rinse the entire frying pan with water and check the final result.
