- Gekka Canned Mackerel in Water 1 can (200g)
- Onion 1/2
Seasonings
- [A] Mayonnaise to taste
- [A] Ponzu 2 drizzles
- [A] Shichimi pepper to taste
Steps
- Dice 1/2 onion.
- Rinse the diced onion in water to remove its pungency, then drain thoroughly.
- Open 1 can of Gekka Canned Mackerel in Water and lightly drain the liquid.
- In a bowl, combine the drained canned mackerel and thoroughly drained onion. Add mayonnaise to taste and 2 drizzles of ponzu, then mix.
- Plate the salad and sprinkle with shichimi pepper to taste.
