  • Kyokuyo Canned Mackerel (in water) 1 can (160g)
  • Udon (dried noodles) 2 bundles (160g)
  • Natto (minced) 2 packs
  • Eggs 2
  • Green onions to taste

Seasonings

  • [A] Mackerel canning liquid 3 tbsp
  • [A] Sugar 2 pinches
  • [A] Soy sauce 4 tsp
  • [A] MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG) 12 dashes
  • [A] Natto (minced) sauce 2 packs' worth
  • [A] Natto (minced) mustard 2 packs' worth

Steps

  1. In a bowl, add 2 packs of minced natto, then add the attached sauce and mustard from 2 packs (optional) and mix.
  2. Take out 160g of mackerel from the canned mackerel, then add 3 tbsp of the canning liquid, 2 eggs, and green onions to taste.
  3. Furthermore, add 2 pinches of sugar, 4 tsp of soy sauce, and 12 dashes of MSG(Ajinomoto) (MSG), and mix well to create the sauce.
  4. Boil 2 bundles (160g) of udon (dried noodles), then chill in cold water and lightly squeeze out the moisture.
