  • Canned Tuna 1 can
  • Milk 100ml
  • Shredded Cheese 50g

Seasonings

  • Grated Garlic 1 tsp
  • Granulated Consomme Soup Base 1 tsp
  • Butter 10g
  • Coarsely Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Steps

  1. Peel and remove any eyes from 3 potatoes (approx. 300g) and slice thinly.
  2. Peel and slice thinly 1/2 onion (approx. 100g).
  3. Heat grated garlic 1 tsp and the oil from 1 can of tuna in a frying pan. Sauté the onion until softened.

  5. After simmering, roughly mash the potatoes with a spatula.
  6. Add 100ml of milk, granulated consomme soup base 1 tsp, butter 10g, and the drained tuna from 1 can of tuna. Cook until the mixture thickens. (Key Tip: Milk can curdle if boiled vigorously, so adjust the heat and cook gently.)
