A recipe for addictive consommé potatoes, made by simply slicing and frying. This dish is irresistible with its crispy texture and fragrant garlic flavor. A perfect easy recipe for snacks or appetizers, try it at home!
Ingredients
Main Ingredients (2 servings)
- Potatoes 3 pcs
- Rice Flour 2 tbsp
- Garlic 3 cloves
Seasonings
- [A] Granulated Consommé 1/2 tsp
- [A] Sugar 1/4 tsp
- [A] Salt a pinch
- Dried Parsley (to taste)
- Frying Oil (to taste)
Steps
- Peel 3 potatoes.
- Slice the potatoes into pieces about 1cm thick.
- Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl of water and soak for 10 minutes.
- Lightly crush 3 cloves of garlic with the flat side of a knife, keeping the skin on.
- Thoroughly drain the potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Place the potatoes in a bag, add 2 tbsp of rice flour, close the bag, and shake to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Heat frying oil and add the potatoes and crushed garlic.
- Fry for approximately 7 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes and continue frying until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fried potatoes and garlic, and drain excess oil.
- In a bowl, combine 1/2 tsp granulated consommé, 1/4 tsp sugar, and a pinch of salt, and mix lightly.
- Add the drained potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning.
- Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with dried parsley (to taste), and serve.
