- Ground Chicken Breast 150g (approx. 5.3 oz)
- Ground Chicken Thigh 150g (approx. 5.3 oz)
- Egg 1 pc
- Potato Starch 2 tbsp
Seasonings
- Mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp
- Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp
- Grated Garlic 1/2 tsp
Steps
- In a bowl, add Ground Chicken Breast 150g (approx. 5.3 oz) and Ground Chicken Thigh 150g (approx. 5.3 oz).
- Knead the ground meat until smooth.
- Add Potato Starch 2 tbsp, Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp, Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp, Grated Garlic 1/2 tsp, Mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp, and Egg 1 pc. Mix well.
- Scoop the mixture into bite-sized portions and shape them as desired.
- Heat about 5mm (approx. 0.2 inches) of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. [This is the key!] Once small bubbles start to rise from the oil, it's at the perfect temperature to start adding the nuggets.
- Place the nuggets in the heated oil and fry until one side is golden brown.
- Once both sides are nicely browned, flip them and pan-fry for about 5 minutes in total, then drain the oil.
- Serve on a plate. Enjoy!
